Hard to believe it is May already. Summer break begins at the end of this month here in Indiana and it seems like it came here fast. I spoke at Podfest's A.I. & Creator Tools summit last week and we had a lot of fun! Next week I will be speaking to a group of female business owners on better Chat GPT prompts for increasing productivity.

When I was putting the presentation together I thought I should just go ahead and send you all the prompts that I will be sharing with them. I hope it encourages you to try out Chat GPT and helps you get more done.

Marketing Prompts:

  • Please build five creative strategies for launching a (product/program). The (product/program) is (solving problem) for (age and demographic) in (industry).
  • Please put together a list of 52 customer outreach topics that can be used to engage with potential buyers of a (product or service).
  • Please write 12 email subject lines that are designed to increase open rates for a (product/program).

Small Business Prompts:

  • Please generate 10 ideas for cost-effective online marketing strategies that will help promote a (product/program) business.
  • Please write a mission statement for an (business) that expresses the company’s commitment to (value/promise).
  • Please create 5 customer service scripts designed to resolve common customer inquiries quickly and efficiently for (business).

Content Prompts:

  • Please write 5 Pinterest board ideas that showcase the benefits of (business).
  • Please put together a list of 10 blog post ideas that promote a (type of business).
  • Please generate 30 topics for Instagram stories that will engage followers of (industry).

Social Media Prompts:

  • Please generate a 6 month content calendar for a (business). Focus on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The (business name) wants to focus on (educating/problem solving/getting leads).
  • Please write 52 captions ideas for Instagram, promoting a (business industry).
  • Please develop 12 ideas for using polls on Facebook to engage users and encourage them to learn more about a home decoration business.

Project Management Prompts:

  • Please put together a list of 10 content buckets that can be used to organize the content of a (business) for an (audience).
  • Please write 5 KPIs that can be used to measure the success of a (business program).
  • Please develop a project plan for creating and launching an email newsletter campaign targeting new customers of a (business).
